Why 108?
108 is a considered a sacred number in the Yogic tradition (we'll explain more on the day!!!). But this becomes a meditative practice to connect you to your body + mind, + leaves you feeling refreshed + renewed; ready for Spring!
All participants must be competent, physically fit + able to safely participate in the activities within their own limitations.
